2. The finished 0.4mm holes are press fit holes, with hole diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm,
and copper plating thickness in the hole: 25-50um;
3. L8 Line Width/Space: 100um/130um for 100Ω differential impedance;
4. Secified 0.2mm Vias: Vias without solder mask openings on both sides need to be plugged
with resin and filled with electroplating, compliant with IPC-4761 VII.
