HOYOGO’s June Birthday Party

On the 25^th of June, HOYOGO welcomed its employees’ birthday party. In this month, many big things happened in China: The college entrance examination was held on the 7th and 8^th; On the 17th, the Shenzhou-12 crewed spacecraft was successfully launched. Three Chinese astronauts will make better Chinese space station in three months. In addition, Covid-19 epidemic has risen again in GuangZhou city again, we found seven local cases, fifteen million people had nucleic acid tests seven times in 10 days. Guangzhou city is strictly anti-covid-19. We wish Guangzhou citizens to take good care of themselves and stay safe.

At the beginning of the birthday party, we welcomed Miss Zhan join HoYoGo and became a member of us. We wish her to have happy work and happy life in HoYoGo.

This month we hold some cooperate culture trainings. Training corporate culture is to promote the unity of the company's thinking and continuously improve the construction of the company's behavioral system. He shared his recent learning of I Ching and concluded that the only way to change our destiny is to change our mind and concept.

The reason why our company attaches so much importance to the construction of corporate culture this year is because of the continuous increase in personnel, and we need to extract some of our good culture so that everyone can reach a consensus. so as to escort the company's steady development. He hopes that when we study corporate culture, we must learn from the heart. Because of the country’s demise or wars due to the lack of culture from ancient times to the present in China, many ancient sages’ words were interpreted incorrectly or deliberately biased by later generations, and passed on to future generations, forming a bad social atmosphere, resulting in the demise of the country. So, we need to take radical reform. Culture is very important, and only a positive understanding of culture can contribute to the development of the company.

Yumi spoke:

       Corporate culture is the navigator of a company's strategic direction, and it is also the Standard of act that everyone should observe it. Because no one is perfect, we need to improve our lives while improving ourselves.

Yumi also shared that the greatest significance of work is to realize the social value of ourselves. No matter what kind of work we do, as long as it is a work that has a positive meaning to the society, we should respect others and self-respect. The beautiful society is co-established by workers at all levels. As long as you devote all your efforts to work, you have fully realized your personal group value. Everyone should have a peaceful mind at work/life. You are recognized because you work hard, and respected others from the realization of team values, so we should fully recognize and respected each other in our work. Just like our System Concept: Treat each other with sincerity, help each other, not oppose each other, live in harmony, and work together to create a better future that belongs to us.
