HoYoGo's 2024 Annual Party

Looking back on 2023, we have gone through a year of struggle and hard work, a year filled with thorns and bumps. At the end of the year, a year's glory and honor converge here, and a year's bitterness and difficulties say goodbye here. This is a grand gathering of the past and a grand ceremony to look forward to the future.

 

 

 

Firstly, a speech by General Manager Liu:

Every annual party is an important day for the company, and we have formed a tradition that the annual party must be held regardless of profit or not. The stage of the annual party gives me a chance to summarize the past and look forward to the future. The past 2023, as I predicted at last year's annual party, was the most difficult year since the pandemic, with all industries facing various difficulties. However, our company was overall stable, with performance and profits basically equal to last year. I am very grateful for the joint efforts of everyone and the trust of each customer over the past year. As your supplier, we fully understand the importance of each of your projects and will handle every order with the utmost efficiency and accuracy. With our experienced professionals, we are committed to providing you with excellent service and support, which is one of our primary goals.

From the perspective of traditional Chinese culture, 2023 is the "Gui Mao" year, with two beginnings of spring, while 2024 is the "year without the beginning of spring". Each time the year's Yearly Fate changes, the universe will undergo some changes in "qi", which will have an important impact on each person.

The year 2024 is the "Jia Chen" year, also known as the year of the Green Dragon. The Soil of Yearly Fate is too much, and there is a prevalence of rain and wetness, and there is a high possibility of heavy rain in various places.

2024 year will be a year of cold and dampness. For example, farmers should not grow watermelons, as there will be no harvest. They should grow crops that like cold and dampness.

We humans are prone to various pains such as bone pain, arthritis, spondylitis, and limb impotence; spleen and stomach problems, those with poor spleen and stomach should pay more attention to protection; gallbladder is also prone to problems, such as cholecystitis, gallstones, etc.; those with poor kidneys The condition will also worsen, and women should pay more attention to preventing diseases such as tumors.

In the years of heavy cold and dampness, from the perspective of health preservation, the main focus is on strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness, and clearing the liver and promoting gallbladder function.   

The main foods are grains and cereals, soybeans, yams, hyacinth beans, coix seeds, etc.; fruits can eat more apples, hawthorns, bananas, etc.

Now back to our company, my expectation for the company in 2024 is to "seek progress amidst stability", not blindly pursue scale expansion, stability overrides everything! I also hope that everyone can stabilize, go with the flow, and wait for the flowers to bloom.

Yumi's speech:

She shared with us her insights and experiences from visiting clients for five months. She said that she was very happy and content. As a saying she once speech goes, " Contentment is the invaluable jewel in the crown of one's being", it is this mentality that increases people's sense of happiness. Therefore, the best state in life is to live happily and joy.

She also said that our vision is to increase our performance by 30~50% in the next year, and we already have enough confidence.

She also mentioned-"I examine myself three times a day", she hopes that everyone can always reflect on their work, summarize experience and lessons, and continue to progress and grow in their work.
