HoYoGo's November Birthday Party

In loving September, we welcomed autumn with joy; in golden autumn October, we celebrated the harvest with full of blessings. In November, HoYoGo welcomed our birthday party. We got together to take a break from our busy work and enjoyed our relaxing moments together.

Mr. Liu Spoke:

First of all, he welcomed all new colleagues who joined HoYoGo team. He hopes that everyone can integrate into their position as soon as possible. 

Today's world environment is in the VUCA era, that is, the era of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. How can we find the certainty we need now?

1. Everyone strives to do a good job in his position and overfulfills their job responsibilities;

2. In market, when we are relatively certain, the certainty will be higher for us;

3. We must not only be able to do things, but also be able to be human. Colleagues should help each other, support each other, and understand each other.

4. The cognitive scope of each of us is determined by what we have learned, what we have seen and how we treat people, etc.

Finally, he hopes that we can grasp what we can grasp, and don't let our work and life become uncertain, ambiguous, and volatile.

Yumi Spoke:

She emphasized that the product quality is the foundation of our foothold in the market. Our quality must have certainty and reliability, which is the company philosophy we have adhered to for 13 years, so there are almost no complaints about the products we delivered to customer.

She also emphasized that no matter what time, we should study hard and practice hard,  enhancing our abilities as a life attitude, a work responsibility, and a spiritual pursuit. We should strictly abide by the rules and do not exceed the bottom line in our work. All useful knowledge and culture should be engraved in our brains, in our hearts, stored in our blood, and integrated into our work.
